Cicero's adds value to client relationships by implementing new Procore® software

In February of this year, Cicero's made the decision to integrate Procore's construction management software platform into its operations. Following internal testing, Cicero's began online training for field personnel and then, two weeks later, all PMs and Superintendents were brought into headquarters for roll-out training. It is now live and in use.


Procore provides our staff and clients with a comprehensive suite of project management tools to maximize collaboration and efficiency. Procore helps us increase productivity and accountability by streamlining and mobilizing project communication and documentation. With Procore, both our staff and clients now have the power to easily and securely deliver real time, up-to-date project information to all team members with any Internet-connected device. Procore automates many project management tasks and workflows, saving time and money. We have already found we can dramatically cut our document creation, distribution, and monitoring time.

When our team members and clients both have the capacity to access project data anywhere, anytime from their devices, they can make timely, confident decisions. It is one more way Cicero's is bringing added value to its clients.
