Cicero’s began as a small painting and decorating business back in 1970 by Sam Cicero, Sr. and the legacy will continue with his son, Sam Cicero, Jr., president of the firm and grandson, Brian Cicero, working in Business Development. Cicero’s doesn’t take the term “full-service” lightly. The firm employs its own in-house, licensed architect and keeps a long list of cost efficient designers, subcontractors and vendors on hand. This makes Cicero’s a “one stop shop” for most construction and renovation projects. In addition, the company’s newly established “Fab 5” program breaks down the entire construction or renovation project in 5 easy phases, allowing the client to opt-out at any of the phases. Their goal is to make the client’s experience as easy and painless as possible.

 

Cicero’s believes that close communications is key to a successful project. This includes, keeping its clients updated with daily reports, digital photos of progress and weekly meetings with meeting minutes emailed to all proper parties. Keeping everyone involved and up to date is important. Each project has a minimum of one on-site project superintendent overseeing every step. The company’s dynamic team of employees is dedicated to completing each project professionally, on time and on budget. Therefore, by the end of the day everyone is on target.
