Founded in 1970 by Sam Cicero, Sr., Cicero's Development remains a family-owned business of renovation professionals. Like his father, the company's president Sam Cicero, Jr. has assembled, grown and developed a wide array of talented professionals, key systems and core set values that are embedded deep into our corporate philosophy. These same core values have allowed the company to successfully grow into one that now serves several different types of commercial properties across the country. By specializing in commercial property renovation, Cicero's have worked with large corporations, small businesses and every major hotel brand in the hospitality industry including Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Wyndham, Omni, Starbucks, and many more.
Now retired, Sam, Sr. explains: "Our mission is always consistent: We work closely with property owners to achieve their overall business plan and increase their income by expanding and upgrading their property. At Cicero’s, we accomplish this by working with property owners as an integral part of their team and utilizing our key systems, engaging our talented professionals and provide superior workmanship. We are all about family and it permeates all aspects of our company. Sam Jr. says he believes attitude is key: "One person’s attitude can make a big difference. Success requires utilizing a combination of good attitude, hard work, dedication, and persistence, along with good common sense. Education alone will not do it. I will tell anyone, find customers' needs, and fulfill those needs to the best of your ability. And always be flexible. Customers' needs change and you need to be adaptable to them. In short, if you continue doing the same thing for a long period of time in business, without change, you’ll soon be out-of-business."
