Trouble Free Permits - Cicero's obtains all permits required by your local municipality, freeing you from burdensome and time-consuming paperwork.
 Project Communication - Every step of the way, you can count on Cicero's to provide you with clear, accurate and timely communication. It all starts with your project manager, who's on site every day, keeping you up to date on schedules and budgets, answering your questions, taking your suggestions and overseeing a team that's as respectful of your home or business as they are of you.

Post-Project Commitment - A better way to build means ensuring that our work stands the test of time. So 12 and 24 months after your project is finished, we’ll conduct follow-up walk-throughs to inspect our work. If any aspect of our workmanship is less than perfect, we’ll fix it at no charge to you as part of our two-year workmanship warranty. |
