1. Office Redesign & Rehab

The Project: A complete redesign and rehab of an office for a surgical-equipment sales company.

The Challenge: The company's owner, Andy, sought to purchase and reconfigure new space to meet the specific needs of his growing company.

The Response: Before purchasing the space, Andy asked Cicero's to provide an assessment of the property's viability. Cicero's agreed the property would be a good fit for the company's needs, Andy bought it and Cicero's conducted a complete redesign of the property, including the addition of a cutting-edge training room for sales professionals.

2. Office Facility - New Construction

The Project: Construct a new office facility for a business-machine dealer.

The Challenge: Kurt, the company's owner, had never been involved in a construction project and was wary of the process. He needed space that would suit his growing company and project his firm's commitment to quality to visiting clients.

The Response: Working in concert with Kurt and his staff, Cicero's built an entirely new, contemporary facility for the company. The space was optimized to leave room for future growth. To make customer interactions more effective, Cicero's created an inviting, open reception area and placed the company's showroom and conference room in close proximity.

3. New Commercial Build / Warehouse with Offices

The Project: Rehab office space for a family-owned computer installation and barcoding business.

The Challenge: Doug and Bob, who own the company, had seen their business evolve over the years. They wanted a facility that reflected the way they do business now.

The Response: Reflecting the "family" environment of their business, the owners wanted a space that was both professional and familial. Drawing on its experience in hotel renovation, as well as its substantial residential and commercial background, Cicero's Development Corporation significantly remodeled and rebuilt the company's space, giving it a more comfortable, homey feel while maximizing its potential as a place of business.
