At Cicero’s Development Corporation, our commitment to quality starts at the organizational level. For example, our company is part of a peer construction advisory group that includes contractors from throughout the United States. The group meets semi-annually to share ideas and experience on topics like basic accounting practices, customer relations and employee management – all so we can be a better business partner to you.
Our quest for excellence extends to our employee training, too. We offer an in-depth four-year apprentice program for carpenters and painters that is accredited by the United States Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship Training. We also provide continuing management training for foremen, superintendents and project managers.
